Rural TEA EB-5 Project Currently Available
SRC Ecoplastic Fund VII
Our current offering (the “Project”) involves the expansion of an existing advanced manufacturing facility operated by Ecoplastic America Corp in Bulloch County, Georgia. The Project will consist of a new Phase II production plant adjacent to the already operational facility, designed to meet growing demand for automotive components supplied to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Bryan County, GA. The Project is structured with a senior, first-lien security interest in the land, building, and equipment, and is further enhanced by repayment guarantees from publicly listed companies.

Priority Processing
Following the Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) of 2022, Rural Area TEA projects now have a 20% visa set-aside. Not only do investors of our Project qualify for the reduced EB-5 investment threshold of $800,000, but they are also provided with “Priority Processing”, reducing I-526E applications processing times to as few as 6 months.
Reduced Execution Risk From Existing Operations
The Project benefits from being an expansion of an already operational facility, rather than a greenfield development. With existing infrastructure, workforce, and customer demand in place, the Phase II expansion is positioned to efficiently scale operations and support continued growth tied to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). The Project is expected to generate more than 2,200 total jobs upon completion, providing a substantial buffer above the EB-5 job creation requirement.
