I-956 Approved Rural TEA EB-5 Project Available
SRC Ajin Fund VI
Our current offering (the “Project”) involves the development, construction and operation of an 83-acre auto parts manufacturing plant (by Joon Georgia, Inc.) that will supply parts for HMGMA, Hyundai’s $7.59B dedicated EV mass production metaplant in Bryan County, GA.
The investment for the Project totals over $312M, funded through a diverse combination of equity, bonds and financing, along with a $79.2M EB-5 loan contribution. All senior bank financing has been secured, and the project has received USCIS I-956F approval.
Priority Processing
Following the Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) of 2022, Rural Area TEA projects now have a 20% visa set-aside. Not only do investors of our Project qualify for the reduced EB-5 investment threshold of $800,000, but they are also provided with “Priority Processing”, reducing I-526E applications processing times to as few as 6 months.
EB-5 Jobs Already Created
In order to utilize up to $79.2M of EB-5 capital, the Project must create at least 990 jobs to meet the USCIS job creation requirement for 99 investors. According to Vermillion Consulting (founded by the former Chief Economist of the USCIS), the Project has already created 1,063 EB-5 qualified jobs from the completion of the construction alone and expects the total qualified job creation count to exceed 2175 – nearly 2.2x what is required.
